Lifetime warranty

All our pieces come with a Lifetime warranty. NECESSARYBOX  is not responsible for breakages or damage to the plating due to improper use of the piece.

To ensure that your jewelry lasts longer, when using it, avoid direct contact with: perfume and cosmetics in general, water (swimming pool, sea, bath), cleaning products. Store your jewelry in dry environments and away from sunlight. Avoid sudden movements, knocks and drops, especially studded jewelry.

The pieces considered out of warranty are:

• Broken;
• Darkened by dirt;
• Scratched;
• Incomplete;
• Damped;
• Reddened;
• Damped;
• With opaque or milky stones;
• Due to improper use;
• Worn by constant use.

WARRANTY POLICY

• The warranty will only be valid if the defect in question is a manufacturing defect.
• The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse of the item.
• NECESSARYBOX, in accordance with the consumer protection code, has a period of 30 (thirty) days to analyze the product in question and provide a response to the customer.
• As soon as the manufacturing defect is proven, the item will be repaired or replaced with an identical item, depending on the occasion.
• If it cannot be replaced with an identical item within 30 days, the customer will receive a credit coupon for the value of the item.
• The warranty does not cover items offered as a gift to the customer.
